We must return to proclaiming powerfully and joyfully the event of Christ's death and Resurrection, heart of Christianity, principal fulcrum of our faith, powerful lever of our certainty, impetuous wind that sweeps away every fear and indecision, every doubt and human calculation. — B16

Two lesbians (or any other two people that might have sexual attraction for each other) living chastely in the same house seems like a recipe for disaster. I see nothing wrong with it in principle, but who really thinks that’s a good idea? And like Comrade, I’m a little creeped out by the fact that they felt the need to formally ceremonialize their status as roommates. It seems pretty clear that what they’re trying to do is be married in every sense but the sex.

OTOH, I think that Exodus puts a heavy emphasis on acquiring heterosexual orientation, finding a good husband, and settling down to have some babies. I think that this is… unrealistic, to put it charitably, and I suspect that this colors the response of their spokesperson.
